Is there a free trial?
Yes. The annual plan starts with a 3-day free trial, so you can catalog a few totes and print real labels before anything is charged. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
What's the difference between Annual and Lifetime?
Nothing in the app. Both unlock every feature. Annual is $29.99 a year, billed through the App Store or Google Play, and you can cancel any time. Lifetime is one payment of $99.99 with no subscription, ever.
Does one purchase cover my iPhone, iPad, and Android phone?
Yes. Pro is tied to your StowQR account, not the device. Sign in anywhere and it's unlocked, and everyone using your account gets it too.
Can I reprint damaged QR codes or print duplicates?
Absolutely. You can reprint any QR code as many times as needed at no extra cost, which makes it easy to replace a damaged label or tag more than one side of a box.
How does StowQR work?
Create a tote in the app, add items to it, and we generate a unique QR code. Print and stick the code on your box. Next time you need to find something, scan the box to see what's inside, or search the app to find which box it's in.
How does the AI cataloging work?
Open a tote, tap Itemify, and take a photo of what's inside. The AI names each item it can see and crops a thumbnail for it, then shows you the list to check before it's saved. No typing required.
Does StowQR work on Android or the web?
StowQR is on iPhone, iPad, and Android, and one account keeps the same inventory in sync across all of them. Pricing is the same on every platform. The web app is in open beta and comes with your account at no extra cost.
Do I need special labels?
No. You can print our QR codes on standard paper and tape them on, or use any standard sticker label sheets. The app lays labels out for standard sizes. Check out our label compatibility guide for more details.
